The site also includes an area within the Faculty Administration portion of the site for Internal On-Line Surveys. Results of surveys (both Public and Internal) are displayed in a Bar-Graph format within the sites Faculty Administration area. Capabilities Customization : We are interested in your input! If you have something that you would like added or changed, we want to know about it. On average, changes are implemented within 48 hours of determining whether or not the modification can be done. Professional Innovations writes all of the code within the entire site. Everything is inclusive to the company, so there is not a time delay caused by waiting for other parties to complete their tasks. Most changes do not incurr additional costs! Our goal is to make the school website better and more user-friendly and not to make it a drain on the school. E-Mail Addresses : The site comes with 5 E-Mail accounts which can be used to redirect Site-Specific information. Most schools already have E-Mail accounts through either the School or the District. Additional E-Mail accounts can be added at a rate of $5/Account/Month. Space : The entire site resides on the PII Server and starts out at 20MB of Disk Space. This amount is more than enough space to handle a 3000 student school with supporting faculty. The server also resides outside the School or District Web-Ring to help free up Band-Width (or throughput) on the network. Additional space and subdirectories for groups other sections of the school can be added for an additional charge (space is $2/MB/month normally). Benefits The key to an effective website is to provide Up-To-date information in an easily executed format. We also believe that training the entire faculty, or even a group of faculty members, to be Web Masters does not make economical sense. Therefore, PII has designed SchoolPro as Tool in providing the school and the community a resource for information and not a static, slice-in-time look at the school environment. Training Our goal is to work with the school through the process of setting up the site and working with the faculty members in SchoolPro's day-to-day operation. We will train the faculty with Live Demonstrations, PC-based Tutorials and References, and 24-7 technical support.
