Fundraiser Instructions

Explain the goals and the importance of the fundraiser

Explain fundraiser instructions and due dates.
(instructions are on all order forms)

Collect money when you take orders.

Make all checks payable to your organization.

We suggest you remind the students every 2-3 days.

Collect Brochures per class, grade or school.

Teachers Use Provided Easy Form #2.

We suggest that you put teachers name & room # in the memo box of all checks.
(makes it easy to track the bad checks)

Turn in by your due date to School Fundraiser Coordinator.
(this should be on your order form).

Set firm due dates and stick to them.

Fundraiser Coordinator collects fundraiser teacher summary Easy Form #3
(when several grades participate this will be #3-1, #3-2, 3-3 and so on.)

Transfer totals to the school summary Easy Form #4.

The payment is given in one bulk payment when selling ends and order is placed.
We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Check or Money Order.
All checks must have drivers license # and daytime phone.

Free shipping when you sell 200 or more candles! When shipping is required, a flat fee of 15% will be added. That is still $6.80 profit for every 18oz. candle that is sold!!
